Bendo: Isn't he too short?
Me: shortness, baldness - I just substituted another mandicap.
Bendo: Mandicap? Awesome.

an actual or perceived masculine shortcoming. characterized by overcompensation, fingerpointing, heightened douchebaggery, and sports car ownership.
